According to Arrmet, delivering the right product is every company's dream. For them, this means showing their own identity and at the same time meeting the taste of the customer. Arrmet's identity lies in pure aesthetics, durability and functionality. FP Collection is the importer for the Netherlands of all products from the Arrmet collection.
Arrmet was founded in Gorizia (Italy) in 1960 and in the early years mainly produced metal furniture. They developed and distinguished themselves in bending pipes and mainly supply schools. In 1975 they moved to Manzano: the chair production capital of Europe. Until then there were a few similar companies in this region, most chair producers mainly used wood, which made Arrmet distinctive in its steel production. From the 1980s, developments followed in rapid succession and necessary production optimisations were implemented. From 1990, the use of plastic became more and more common. Arrmet started experimenting with various plastics and colors. The folding chair series 75 was invented in 1997; compact, functional and revolutionary. From 2004 they started to focus more on outdoor furniture because the market asked for it. In recent years, Arrmet has started to work more intensively with leading architects and designers in order to create a number of particularly distinct collections.
